Hit-and-Run Suspect Apprehended with Meth

A 29-year-old man was arrested for an alleged hit and run and crystal methamphetamine possession on the Mesa on 10/10. Police on patrol responded to the sounds of a crash, following a car with extensive damage. The man stopped the car and walked away, with methamphetamine falling out of his pockets. Police reported finding $1,000 cash in the car, which they suspect to be drug profit money.
