The upscale and luxurious Santa Ynez Inn has decided to make visits there even more memorable by naming Heather Lee Henry as its executive chef. A graduate from the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco, Henry has worked throughout California, most recently as Chef de Cuisine at The Porch Restaurant in Los Olivos. Not only will she be overseeing the usual three-course gourmet breakfast (if there’s anything usual about such a splurge), but she will also create the afternoon hors d’oeuvres buffets and evening desserts, while supervising catering functions.
