Climate change, sustainability, and gang problems were all topics of discussions at a Conference of Mayors leadership meeting last week in Trenton, New Jersey. The conference was attended by 38 mayors from around the U.S., including Santa Barbara Mayor Marty Blum. Attendees met to further the Conference’s official Ten Point Legislative Agenda: “Strong Cities, Strong Families for a Strong America,” which recommends policy discussion with Congress.
