County Planning Commission Releases Naples TDR Report

After several months of research, the Santa Barbara County Planning Commission released a report this week on the feasibility of transferring development rights away from the proposed luxury home development at Santa Barbara Ranch-a rural area on the Gaviota Coast known as Naples-to urban areas. Scheduled to be discussed and possibly voted on at the 9/26 commission meeting, the report concludes that only a portion of the Naples project would be eligible for the transfer.
