45-Year-Old Glenn Kaiser Had Lived in S.B. for About a Month

Sgt. Lorenzo Duarte, spokesperson for the Santa Barbara Police Department, announced this evening that the man who had been fatally stabbed at the sober living home at 231 W. Haley St. has been identified as 45-year-old Glenn Kaiser. A New Jersey native who had previously lived in North Lake Tahoe, Nevada, Kaiser had been living in Santa Barbara for about a month and at the home for about a week, Duarte noted. Meanwhile, Steve Cisneros, the 34-year-old accused of having killed Kaiser, remains at large. Those with any information about the man’s whereabouts are urged to call detectives at 897-2335.
