Scientists Look For Answers in Whale Death

Santa Barbara Natural History Museum scientists are looking for answers this week after another dead whale washed up on a beach in Ventura County near Hobson Beach Park. The 45-foot, 40-ton female Gray Whale was discovered on 2/4 and was too decomposed to accurately determine a cause of death, according to museum staff. Gray Whales are currently migrating from Alaska to Mexico.
