High School Student Casts Fraudulent Ballot

A remorseful high-school student turned himself in to authorities this week after casting a fraudulent ballot at a Goleta polling place in the 2/5 primary. The ballot was illegal because it was clearly signed by the Easter Bunny (just kidding)TK. County elections authorities had already flagged the ballot as problematic as a result of non-matching voter information.
