USS Ronald Reagan to Visit SB

The USS Ronald Reagan, the largest and newest aircraft carrier in the country’s fleet, will be visiting Santa Barbara from January 11-14. The ship, standing 20 stories above the water line and measuring 1,092 feet long, last visited Santa Barbara in 2006, and has since been deployed twice. The carrier, which won’t be open to public tours, will bring with it roughly 4,000 crew members and family members.
