This coming weekend marks the second to feature Santa Barbara International Film Festival fun. From the looks of the remaining panels, there’s plenty to be had.

Today, film buffs can attend h “Location, Location, Location: The Greening of Hollywood,” which will feature movie biz types who have taken to using their creativity to make the industry a little more environmentally-minded. Among them: Shelley Billik, Warner Bros. Entertainment’s vice president of environmental initiatives; Jon Corcoran, Sony Pictures Entertainment’s vice president of corporate safety and environmental affairs; Cindy Horn, co-founder of the Environmental Media Association; , Debbie Levin, president of the Environmental Media Association; Amy Lemisch, director of the California Film Commission; Gary Peterson, president of Environmental Problem Solving Enterprises and member of the California Integrated Waste Management Board; and Hart Bochner (Terror Train, PCU), a writer, actor, director and environmental activist. UCSB film professor Contance Penley moderates this panel.

Where and when: Marjorie Luke Theater, 7 p.m.

A good batch of directors will be assembled on Saturday, Feb. 2, for the “Directors on Directing” panel. Moderated by Variety writer Peter Bart and host of the AMC channel’s Sunday Morning Shootout, this panel will feature Adam Shankman (Hairspray), Julian Schnabel (The Diving Bell and the Butterfly), Jason Reitman (Juno), Judd Apatow (Knocked Up, Superbad), Brad Bird (Ratatouille) and Craig Gillespie (Lars and the Real Girl).

Where and when: Lobero Theater, 11 a.m.

Also on Saturday, “Creative Forces: Women in the Biz” showcases women who have helped make some of the notable films of the past year. Scheduled to appear on his panel are Nancy Oliver (screenwriter, Lars and the Real Girl), Rita Ryack (costume designer, Hairspray), Tatiana Rigel (editor, There Will Be Blood), Mary Zophres (costume designer, No Country for Old Men) and Leslie Iwerks (producer, The Pixar Story).
