Circuit City will reportedly announce today, November 4, that the chain is closing 155 stores nationwide. Employees of Circuit City were informed the morning of November 3 of these closings in 27 states. Approximately 17 percent of the employees are losing their jobs. Among the closing stores is the Circuit City here in Santa Barbara located at 3761 State St. Liquidation will begin on November 5, and all stores will officially be closed by December 31 of this year.

Circus City had the worst staff I've ever seen. They were more interested in listening to the car stereos and talking amongst themselves than helping people.
