    Open Letter to Das Williams and the rest of the City Council: What do children have to do with an RV street parking ordinance [“Homeless to Move Along,” 11/13/08, independent.com/rvparking1008]? Protection? Safety? Perhaps the National Guard Armory should be banned as well, as it is located directly between two schools, right next to a Boys/Girls Club, and only one block away from a city park. You never know what might happen. –Dave Blunk
