Harding School Foundation Celebrates the Arts to Support Arts Education


• This Sunday, May 3, the Harding Elementary School Foundation will hold its Celebrate the Arts benefit at the Montecito Country Club (920 Summit Rd.), a fundraising event to support the school’s visual and performing arts programs. The event will feature both a silent and live auction; call 965-8994 for tickets and more information.

• Vista del Monte Fitness and Aquatic Center (3775 Modoc Rd.) for older adults is seeking volunteers to help with light clerical duties, assistance and strength training in the facility’s conditioning room, and help with shallow-water lifeguarding. The center will cover all the costs involved with training and certification; call 879-7632 for more info.
