Instrument Drive for S.B. Schools

Students to Benefit from One-Day Musical Instrument Donation Day

If you can’t remember how long it’s been since you picked up that old guitar in your attic, don’t let it collect any more dust-donate it! This week, the S.B. Education Foundation-in partnership with the S.B. Bowl and Granada Music & Arts Conservatory-will host a musical instrument drive for the Santa Barbara School District. Help area students by dropping off your new or used instruments in front of the Granada Theatre (1214 State St.) from noon-9 p.m. on Tuesday, December 8 (instrument pick-ups can also be arranged at your home or place of business by calling 618-1021). For more info, call 284-9125 or visit santabarbaraeducation.org.
