Pet Adoption Fair

S.B. County Animal Shelter’s Cats and Dogs Need Homes

As the year winds down, there are still hundreds of kitties and doggies filling animal shelters. What better holiday present than to give a four-legged friend a new home? To help you find the perfect pet, the S.B. County Animal Shelter is having a two-day adoption fair. In addition to all the adorable furry faces to choose from, there will be a holiday bake sale, face-painting for the children, and stocking-stuffers for cat lovers. All cats and kittens are $10; all dogs are $35 (bunnies are available, too). It takes place Saturday-Sunday, December 5-6, from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. at the S.B. County Animal Shelter (5473 Overpass Rd.). For more info, call 683-3368 (ASAP) or 681-4369 (K-9Pals). View adoptable cats at and dogs at
