Kathleen Elsey Portrays Beach Life, Santa Barbara Landscapes at Newest Exhibit

Santa Barbara in strokes is probably the best way to describe Kathleen Elsey’s Brush with Life solo exhibition. Her works explore the beaches and landscapes of California in lush fashion. Vibrant colors bring to life Elsey’s whimsical depictions of familiar haunts. Her works have been on display nationwide in such locations as Georgia, Hawai’i, and in nearby Carmel, California-come see what all the fuss is about at Divine Inspiration Gallery of Fine Art (1528 State St.), which will display 50 of her canvas works until August 28.
