Massive Tree in Center of Golf Course Parking Lot Goes Down

On Friday, June 19, a massive and old oak tree located in the parking lot of Hidden Oaks Golf Course fell over. Anyone who’s visited the course, its clubhouse, or even driven through the surrounding neighborhood would recognize the old oak, which served as a centerpiece of the community.

Here are some photos of the toppled tree from Kevin and Sarah Coffman, friends of who live adjacent to the course, which is located off Puente Drive near More Mesa.
