Pre-Independence Day Fete

Wild West Show and Freedom Rally

Start your Independence Day celebration early by attending the Santa Barbara Tea Party’s “Wild West Show and Freedom Rally” on Friday, July 3, at 7 p.m. Emceed by DJ “Rooster” Bradford, the fte features musical performances by Buffalo Bill, Calamity Jane, and Annie Oakley. In addition to the western-themed fun, there will be a nonpartisan political rally. Inspired by American heroes such as Paul Revere, Daniel Boone, and George Washington, the Santa Barbara Tea Party is a “nonpartisan grassroots group of citizens dedicated to defending the principles set forth by America’s Founding Fathers” that offers a “public platform for education and advocacy toward our specific goal of restoration of lower taxes and less government and preservation of economic opportunity and the Bill of Rights.” The party’s Friday, July 3, at 7 p.m. at De la Guerra Plaza.
