State Street Gun Shop Robbed

Around 30 Guns Stolen Early Monday Morning


Police arrived at Far West Gun Supply, located at 2009 State St., at 4:57 a.m. on Monday morning after a witness called in a report of a burglary. According to a release from Santa Barbara Police spokesperson Sgt. Lorenzo Duarte, officers found the business’s glass front door shattered and the door’s security bars cut. When the owner of the business was contacted, an inventory check confirmed that approximately 30 handguns had been stolen.
