Investigators have made an arrest in the 4/26 shooting of a 32-year-old Solvang man in the Santa Ines Mission parking lot. Sheriff’s deputies on 5/4 took 38-year-old Eddie Rojo into custody. According to a report from Sheriff’s spokesperson Drew Sugars, the victim was lured into the parking lot by a female accomplice, after which Rojo allegedly attempted to rob the victim, shot him, and fled. The accomplice is still at large.
