Angels Bearing Gifts, Ty Warner Sea Ctr. Seeking Volunteers


• Angels Bearing Gifts, an S.B.-based nonprofit that provides gifts to area residents with developmental disabilities who have no family or friends to remember them on birthdays and holidays, is seeking volunteers to wrap gifts for one to two hours on Saturday, December 12, at La Cumbre Plaza or on Sunday, December 13, at Paseo Nuevo Mall any time between 10am-5pm. The organization also needs supply donations of wrapping paper, tape, ribbon, and bows. Call 884-7222 for more info.

• The Ty Warner Sea Center on Stearns Wharf is seeking Santa Barbarans of all ages to attend a volunteer training session on Wednesday, December 2, Wednesday, December 9, or Wednesday, December 16, from 5:30-8:30 p.m. Volunteers introduce visitors to the center’s many fish, marine invertebrates, and marine mammals of the S.B.
