Winemakers featured in Sunlight and Water: Celebrating the Winemakers of Santa Barbara County will be on hand to celebrate the debut of the photo book by Mark Robert Halper. The opening reception will include an exhibit comprised of stills from Halper’s book, as well the distinguished winemakers presented within it. The event begins at 4:30 p.m. on Saturday, August 14, at Avant Tapas and Wine Bar (35 Industrial Wy., Buellton). Ages 21+. Call 273-2838 for more info.
