Montecito resident John Lund — the owner of six Sacramento area nursing homes who is facing felony charges of allegedly filing tens of thousands of dollars in personal expenses that were then billed to Medi-Cal — is set to appear in a Sacramento court next week. Lund is accused of trying to get Medi-Cal to pay for, among other things, $6,700 Sacramento Kings season tickets, $18,000 in shoes, clothing, and sports equipment, $67,000 in remodeling expenses for work done to his Montecito home, and $3,000 worth of tennis lessons at a private Santa Barbara club. The suspected fraud was caught before any money was paid out to Lund, said prosecutors.

Someone getting over on the system? How shocking. Good thing he wasn't Mexican, because then it would really be a problem.

That's wealth entitlement for you. Don't want to pay taxes, but expect the tax man to pay you.

A perfect case against Government Health Care. Sure it was caught but there are many who succeed. And imagine the tax dollars to pay for bureaucrats to catch slimeballs like this. It will just get worse if/when Obamacare is in full force.

American GREED at its finest. Say hello to Bernie for us, willya' Johnny Boy.
And how about a photo, Indy. We wanna see these cretins who seemingly have everything try to get over on everyone. So we can avoid them.
