China Delegation Visits County Air Pollution Control District

Environmental Protection Representatives from Hangzhou Visit Santa Barbara Agency


Representatives from government agencies involved in environmental protection in Hangzhou, China, located in southeastern China, visited the Santa Barbara County Air Pollution Control District December 9.

The greater Hangzhou area has a population of 8 million. The delegation is touring California to learn about environmental programs, and visited the District to hear about local air pollution control issues and strategies.
