Source Yoga Studio Offers Summertime Yoga Classes for Little Ones


Kids got the summertime blues? Sign the little ones up for Kids’ Yoga classes at Source Yoga Studio, a downtown yoga staple. The classes — all based on age — are taught by instructors Nicole Inglish and Mary Cate Hauenstein, both of whom have more than 10 years experience teaching yoga and exceptional skills with children. The following is a roundup of the kids’ (and teens’!) summer yoga class schedule.

• Kids’ Yoga (ages 3-5): Thursdays, 4:45-5:30 p.m.

• Kids’ Yoga (ages 6-8): Tuesdays, 3:30-4:30 p.m.

• Kids’ Yoga (ages 9-12): Tuesdays, 4:40-5:40 p.m.

• Teen Yoga (ages 13-17): Thursdays, 3:30-4:35 p.m.

Source Yoga is located at 1911 De la Vina Street, #G. Classes are $12 each, or $50 for five classes. Call 569-2505 for more info.
