Sniffling and sneezing is becoming more common as the season settles in to fall. If you’d like to lessen your chances of getting a major nasty this flu season, you may want to consider getting inoculated. Sansum Clinic is offering flu shots throughout November. Kids: November 6 and 20, 9 a.m.-1 p.m. at 51 Hitchcock Way. Adults: November 5 and 19, 1-5 p.m. (215 Pesetas Ln.); November 12, 1-3 p.m. (317 W. Pueblo St.); November 20, 8 a.m.-noon (122 S. Patterson Ave., Goleta); November 5, 1-4 p.m. (4806 Carpinteria Ave., Carpinteria); November 12, 1:30-4:30 p.m., and November 13, 9 a.m.-noon (1225 N. H St., Lompoc); November 6, 9 a.m.-noon (2027 Village Ln., Solvang). No appointment or physician referral is necessary; $20 donation is suggested.
