The 1,959 sf shop, their second, will be located at 811 State Street in the Pavilion at Paseo Nuevo, the space formerly occupied by The Cheese Shop, Inc. Kristopher Roth and Michael Martz of Hayes Commercial Group represented Whodidily World, LLC in the lease. Roth and Martz have completed 13 retail sales and leases along the downtown State Street corridor in 2010.

Wendy and Dave Jones were featured on Food Network’s “Cupcake Wars” last year and are renowned for their delicious and colorful creations. With a clear emphasis on quality service and building community, they have attracted a loyal clientele. The new expanded “Whodidily World” downtown location will be similar to the Montecito shop, while introducing some exciting new concepts.

“It is wonderful to work with successful local businesses like Whodidily World and help them expand their unique concepts,” said Kristopher Roth of Hayes Commercial Group. Michael Martz added, “helping local tenants like Whodidily World secure prime retail locations in downtown Santa Barbara adds to the diverse shopping experience that makes Santa Barbara special.”
