Whodidily Coming to State Street

Bakery’s second location coming to Paseo Nuevo Mall


Building on the success of the Whodidily Cupcake shop at 1150 Coast Village Road, owners Wendy and Dave Jones will soon bring their fantastic array of cupcakes to the heart of downtown Santa Barbara.

The 1,959 sf shop, their second, will be located at 811 State Street in the Pavilion at Paseo Nuevo, the space formerly occupied by The Cheese Shop, Inc. Kristopher Roth and Michael Martz of Hayes Commercial Group represented Whodidily World, LLC in the lease. Roth and Martz have completed 13 retail sales and leases along the downtown State Street corridor in 2010.

Wendy and Dave Jones were featured on Food Network’s “Cupcake Wars” last year and are renowned for their delicious and colorful creations. With a clear emphasis on quality service and building community, they have attracted a loyal clientele. The new expanded “Whodidily World” downtown location will be similar to the Montecito shop, while introducing some exciting new concepts.
