No Foul Play Suspected in Death of Bryce Alexander Pearson, 17

Dos Pueblos High School junior Bryce Alexander Pearson, 17, was found dead in his home on September 26.

No foul play was involved, said Sheriff’s Department spokesman Drew Sugars. An autopsy was performed Wednesday, according to Sugars, but the results would not be known until toxicology reports come back after several weeks.

Barbara Keyani, spokesperson for the Santa Barbara School District, said students at the high school were informed of Pearson’s death Tuesday, and counseling was being made available to students and staff as long as it is needed.
