S.B. County Genealogical Society Hosts Annual Open House

The S.B. County Genealogical Society will hold its annual open house this weekend to celebrate Family History Month. Attendees at the event will be offered free “look-ups” of their family names, be assisted with locating immigrating ancestors on ship’s passenger lists, and have access to names from U.S. Census Data during the last two centuries. The fun starts on Saturday, October 23, 9 a.m.-3 p.m., at the Sahyun Genealogical Research Library (316 Castillo St.). Call 687-7403 for more info.
