Poodle Up

With the passing of “Notebook” in Harper’s Magazine, I trust Nick Welsh will “Poodle up” and fall on the dagger to rid the paper of his weekly rant. Perhaps he could focus on what he is really good at: insightful, comprehensive local reporting that the Santa Barbara News-Press has all but abdicated itself from.
