    Juggling, feather-balancing, and hula-hooping are just a few of the eye-catching attractions awaiting spectators at Circus Vargas, debuting in S.B. next weekend. Earl Warren Showgrounds (3400 Calle Real) will play host to the family-friendly festivities starting Thursday, September 9, at 7:30pm. Tickets are $15-$55.
