Instructor Leslie Thomas will honor the eggplant at the Home Gourmet Cooking Class: Eggplant Three Ways, this Friday, August 19. The class will teach attendees how to cook three delicious recipes using the ingredient: cumin-roasted eggplant with sweet peppers and chickpeas, eggplant compôte, and braised eggplant with onion and tomato.
