Love for Bus Drivers

Do you want lessons on how to deal with people professionally, skillfully, with dignity and compassion? Go riding on the Metropolitan Transit District buses.

Every time I ride I am very impressed with how friendly, helpful, kind, and patient the bus drivers are. There are rotaries and those hazardous bulb-outs which all agree were a huge, expensive mistake. There is construction, and there are bicycle riders riding double in the car lanes. In spite of this stress, they all perform with skill and cheerfulness.

Your work is appreciated. Thank you.
