Jewish Community Center Holds Fundraiser Yard Sale; Nonprofit Group Worldhealer, Inc., to Host 3rd Annual Meet and Greet Event

• The Bronfman Family Jewish Community Center is holding a fundraiser yard sale this Sunday, June 26, from 10 a.m.-4 p.m., in the facility’s parking lot (524 Chapala St.). Among the hundreds of items up for grabs will be large selections of clothing, housewares, appliances, tools, CDs, toys, books, and more. Proceeds will benefit Jewish Family Service and Jewish Federation nonprofit community programs. Call 563-1188 for more info.

• Enjoy food, wine, and friends while learning about an emerging nonprofit at the 3rd Annual Worldhealer Meet and Greet this Thursday, June 23, at Santa Barbara Winery (202 Anacapa St.). Based in the City of S.B., Worldhealer is a 501(c)(3) organization that works to promote social and behavioral change through education programs in our community, as well as in developing countries around the world.
