Man Accused of Killing Girlfriend Headed to Trial

Jury selection is about to get underway in the trial against Garren Musser, accused of stabbing Lisa Zazueta outside his Westside home in October 2008. Musser confessed to the crime shortly after calling police himself, and his confession was the subject of pretrial motions earlier this week, as Judge Jean Dandona had to rule on whether Musser was read his rights properly.
