RESPONSIBLE OWNER: Mary Crookston, a member of our stellar intern team, is in the fortunate position of knowing what she wants to do when she graduates from Westmont College in the spring: She wants to be a journalist (surprise, surprise). Though the Tampa native and college football fan said she’s fallen in love with California — after growing up thinking she’d never even get the chance to visit — Crookston is hoping to land a journalism internship in Washington, D.C., once her diploma is in hand.
