FIT FAMILY: Independent Advertising Director Jennifer Malkin and her partner, Michael Grillo, welcomed 6 lb. 12 oz. Alfonso Edward Grillo into the world at Cottage Hospital at 10:01 a.m. on September 1, three days ahead of schedule.

If the energy and fitness level of his parents are any indication, by one month, Alfonso may tackle a 5K fun run, and by six months, he might place in his first Centurion ride, but no matter what feat little Alfonso masters during the next few months, his parents sure are content and happy. “We love him. He’s adorable,” they say, and we couldn’t agree more.
