ABC-CLIO Finalist in the 2012 CODiE Awards

The CODiE Awards are sponsored by the Software & Information Industry Association (SIIA) and have been recognizing outstanding achievement in software for over 26 years. Judges seek to find original and content-rich programs and websites that enhance the classroom curriculum and improve teacher efficiency. Products undergo thorough review by experts in the field whose selection criteria include content quality, potential for broad classroom use, and technical value.

The World Religions database is the newest addition to ABC-CLIO’s suite of online solutions. Launched in August of last year, it is designed to supplement the teaching and studying of religion across the globe, making student research on faith and belief across humanity easier, and enabling a deeper understanding of the complex issues facing us in the 21st century.
