SHE SURVIVED! Asked which was more traumatic ​— ​taking on the Herculean task of putting together this year’s Summer Camp Guide or being asked to compete in a greased-pig catching competition at the summer camp of her youth ​— ​Listings Editor Leigh Legler (pictured here with pooch Edgar) allowed only that the two endeavors were “equally challenging and fulfilling.” While we’re sure that managing to hold onto a slippery, squealing little piggy is indeed satisfying, we’re also pretty certain that hitting “send” on the final copy of this 11-page behemoth brought its own brand of glee … and did not (necessarily) require a shower afterward.
