Guests will party the night away with live music by Lois Mahalia and Georgetown Band, sip savory Oreana wines and flavorful beer from The Brewhouse, enjoy delicious appetizers and desserts prepared by local chefs and restaurants, and try their luck with CIMWI’s raffle and silent auction which are filled with great items donated by local businesses!

Tickets to the event are $35.00 per person in advance or $40.00 at the door. Price of admission includes two drink tickets, appetizers, desserts, and one raffle ticket with additional drink and raffle tickets for sale at the event.

Oreana will be pouring wines with specially designed labels for CIMWI. These wines will also be available for purchase at the fundraiser and a portion of the proceeds will be donated to CIMWI.

About CIMWI:

Channel Islands Marine & Wildlife Institute (CIMWI, pronounced “sim-wee”) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to making a difference through marine mammal rescue, rehabilitation, research and education to promote ocean and human health. CIMWI is a part of the Marine Mammal Health and Stranding Response Program under the direction of NOAA’s National Marine Fisheries Service. CIMWI’s facility is located at the historic Vista Del Mar Union School campus along the Gaviota coast in Santa Barbara County. CIMWI is the only authorized organization to respond to and rehabilitate pinnipeds (seals and sea lions) and cetaceans (dolphins, porpoises and whales) for Ventura County. Since CIMWI became operational in June of 2006, the organization has rescued and treated over 270 seals, sea lions, and dolphins contributing to ocean and human health.
