City College Lauded for Adult Ed Program

Santa Barbara City College was recognized by the state’s Association of Community and Continuing Education last month for its multigroup efforts to better its own continuing education program. With concerned residents, various members of the SBCC community—including students, professors, and staff—have gotten together to address the requests of continuing students. In that process, they have found English-as-a-second-language and vocational programs to be in high demand and of great concern.
