Johnson Family Dental hosts Little Hearts, Big Smiles

Keeping your kids’ teeth healthy is a crucial aspect to achieving overall wellness, yet many parents cannot afford to take their children to the dentist. So for the past three years, Dr. Steven Johnson, owner of Johnson Family Dental, has hosted Little Hearts, Big Smiles. The event offers kids ages 12 and under an exam, digital X-rays, a cleaning, and fluoride — for free. This year there will also be free orthodontic consultations, balloons, and prizes, as well as face painting and a fun raffle to win two adult tickets to Disneyland. Little Hearts, Big Smiles takes place Thursday, September 6, 2-7 p.m., in Santa Barbara (200 N. La Cumbre Rd., Ste. H; 960-5600), Solvang (678 Alamo Pintado Rd.; 688-9999), and Ventura (88 N. Oak St., #2A; 643-5026). Call to make an appointment.
