Hanukkah on Fire!

Sixth Annual Vodka Latke Hanukkah party

Kick off Hanukkah in high style at the 6th Annual Vodka Latke Hanukkah party. (Why vodka? It’s made with potatoes, too.) Presented by the Young Adult Division of the Jewish Federation and appropriately themed “Oil and Fire,” the hot-ticket celebration will feature an open bar, deejay, dancing, light appetizers, fire dancers, outdoor fire pits, a latke and olive oil tasting bar, and plenty of folks dressed to impress. The event is open to everyone (as long as you’re 21 years old). December 8, 8 p.m.-midnight. The Loft, 48 Helena Ave. $25. Email or call (805) 957-1115 x107.
