Leah joined Deckers Outdoor Corporation as the Vice President of Product for UGG® Australia in March 2004, when the brand’s net sales were only $116.2 million. After eight years helping drive double digit increases in the UGG business season after season, Leah was promoted to Creative Director in December 2011. She currently oversees a team of 27 designers, developers, and merchandisers from the brand’s headquarters in Santa Barbara, CA and works with her global teams to produce award-winning collections for the brand’s global wholesale customers, its 77 retail stores, and significant ecommerce business. Prior to Deckers, Leah enjoyed a 12-year career at Nordstrom as a Footwear Buyer for their retail, catalog, and ecommerce businesses. She earned a degree in Residential Design from the Art Institute of Seattle, and when she is not designing or exploring new cities for inspiration, Leah spends time with her husband and chases around her 4-year-old son, David.
