The service is proposed to operate five days a week with three round-trips in the morning, mid-day and afternoon. Fares are proposed to be the same as the Breeze service that currently operates between Santa Maria and Lompoc. One-way fares would be $2.00 for adults and $1.00 for seniors and persons with disabilities. Monthly passes would be $75 for adults and $37.50 for seniors and persons with disabilities.

The open house meetings are an opportunity for residents of north Santa Barbara County to receive a presentation on the proposed service schedule, stops and fares and provide feedback to representatives of Santa Maria Area Transit, the operator of the proposed service. The presentation will begin at 5:30pm.

Open Houses will be held:

  • Tuesday, February 21st in Solvang, 5:30pm to 6:30pm at the Solvang Council Chambers, 1644 Oak Street
  • Wednesday, February 22nd in Buellton, 5:30pm to 6:30pm at the Buellton Council Chambers, 140 W. Hwy 246
