Mr. Rooter® Renews Its Support to RMHC
For the third year, the plumbing company made a national commitment of $100,000 with its affiliate companies, Aire Serv®, Glass Doctor®, Mr. Appliance®, Mr. Electric®, Rainbow International® and The Grounds Guys®.
As a corporate donor, Mr. Rooter Plumbing also provides in-kind donations throughout the year. This includes donating plumbing and drain cleaning services, labor and supplies.
“The best way to give back is to help someone in need,” said Patrick Patel of Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Santa Barbara County. “And it seems like everyone you know knows someone who has stayed at a Ronald McDonald House®.”
RMHC was established in memory of McDonald’s founder and franchise icon Ray Kroc in 1984. The cornerstone program, the Ronald McDonald House, provides a “home-away-from-home” so families can stay close by while their child gets the health care they need
The more than 315 Ronald McDonald Houses are located in 57 countries around the world. They are funded by corporate donors and individual support.
