Four People Stabbed in Isla Vista Fight

Injuries Not Life-Threatening; Suspects Described as ‘Hispanic Male Adults’

Four people were stabbed during a fight in an Isla Vista driveway Saturday morning at approximately 2:20 a.m. Their wounds were not life-threatening. The incident occurred outside a residence at 6749 Trigo Road and was responded to by Sheriff’s deputies, UC police officers, and fire and medical personnel.

A campus-wide alert sent out by UCSB described the assailants as “an unknown number of Hispanic male adults who left on foot in an unknown direction of travel.” Anyone with information on the incident is asked to call Crime Stoppers at (877) 800-9100 or visit this link.
