Wrong-Way Driver Causes Major Injury Accident

A motorist heading southbound in northbound Highway 101 lanes caused a head-on collision at around 2:20 a.m. Sunday morning near the Turnpike Road exit. Two people suffered major injuries in the accident and were transported to Cottage Hospital by ambulance, said authorities. Their identities have not been released, and officials have so far been unable to provide additional details on the incident.
