Santa Barbara Paralegal Association Achieves California MCLE Approval
This approval enables the SBPA to provide continuing legal education programs for the benefit of its membership and the legal community in Santa Barbara and vicinities without having to seek prior approval of each individual offering. Each presentation will continue to be subject to audit by the California State Bar and must meet its stringent educational criteria.
Santa Barbara Paralegal Association met rigid requirements in order to achieve Multiple Activity Provider status and is proud of this accomplishment, which demonstrates its continuing focus upon providing outstanding and valuable continuing legal education to paralegals, lawyers and other members of the community in Santa Barbara county and its environs.
SBPA’s next MCLE programs are a one hour lunch offering on July 10, noon to 1: 30 pm, with speaker Dibby Allen Green, ACP of Ambrecht & Associates on “What Triggers Reassessment” at the Santa Barbara Colleges of Law, 20 East Victoria Street, Santa Barbara AND a full day MCLE conference on Saturday, September 22, from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm at the Santa Barbara County Courthouse, 1100 Anacapa Street, Santa Barbara.
