Car Crashes into Bank of America

Just because you are walking on the sidewalk doesn't mean that you shouldn't always be alert for cars. I have personally seen two car accidents in which a car ended up on the sidewalk in SB (both at busy intersections). Its was just a miracle that no one was standing there either time. I tell my kids to always stand back from the corner or behind a pole when they are waiting for the light to change.

It's true, I avoid sidewalks at all costs. When I go shopping, I go through the manholes and travel through the sewer system to get where I want to go.

I may smell, but I'm safe!

I'm not so sure about that. I hear that SB has mutant lobsters in the sewers.

I remember when the BoA in Carpinteria got an unexpected visit from an elderly lady in a Cadillac.

Could've happened to a worser bank, but it didn't. Wait a minute---they're pretty much ALL bad.

These incidences are often a result of an elderly driver being under medication.

He had just gassed up at the chevron, and his mind was still reeling from the volume of the tv screen ads.

If he gassed up on the Chevron on Coast Village Road, then he probably needed to make an emergency withdrawal to pay the bill.

Haha both of you. But seriously, those TV's are annoying and calling the service PumpFlix is misleading. The only movies they be playing are trailers of upcoming attractions.
Happily go across the street, pay a little more if it means I won't be harassed by hucksters as I fuel up.

A kid who made the mistake of having parents who owned a cannabis dispensary, instead of a police chief father like Lacy Strange in Lompoc, who killed a pedestrian in a crosswalk while texting, although she did get a 1 year sentence for killing someone in a crosswalk because she wasn't looking at the road while crossing an intersection.
