UCSB’s Arts & Lectures presents world-renowned cellist Yo-Yo Ma in a lecture and demonstration at the Granada Theatre (1214 State St.) on Thursday, April 5, at 8 p.m. The event, titled Reflecting on a Life in Music, finds Ma discussing the role of classical music in today’s global world and performing.
